Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within 2 -3 business days so try to cancel your order at an early stage. To cancel your order, write to us at or visit our Contact Us page and we will take care of everything!

If your order has been shipped, we would not be able to cancel it.


All products purchased on  can be returned within 7 days of the order delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be sealed and unused. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

After receiving the returned product our testing team will verify the product and approve the return and process the refund.


Refund method

  1.  Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2.  We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
